You can try the mantis driver in linux if you want - just follow the howto on the linuxtv wiki site - but be aware this driver is still in alpha state and multiproto won't be part of the linux kernel - the dvb api for dvb-s2 cards is said to be s2api and not multiproto link - so there will be a API port from multiproto to s2api in the mantis tree - somewhere in the near future - don't know when...
you can stick with windows though - I think with scanman's great work you can actually profit from this card using dvbdream (Original software is a pain in the *s* if you ask me)
